117: Faces

I noticed these three "faces" on the back of my classroom door. I took my seniors on a field trip to see them and got various responses: aliens, bats, owls, frowny faces, foxes.

114: Pansies

My son's girlfriend, Danielle, got these as a gift and they were so pretty this morning sitting in the sun.

113: Project

Today's assignment at Picture Spring was to take a picture of a project we are in the middle of.  Since April is National Poetry Month, I'm participating in NaPoWriMo (National Poetry Writing Month).  That means I have to write 30 poems in 30 days.  Sometimes I like to read poems to get inspired.  I picked up this book of contemporary sonnets today at Borders.

112: Apple Blossoms

We're visiting our son who lives about 3 hours south of us.  These apple blossoms are already blooming in his yard.
